In short: Clean your NORTHGRIND® ceramic grinder lightly with the brush after every use, if needed with a microfibre cloth lightly moistened with isopropanol, rinse it under water and dry it completely before reassembling it. Aggressive cleaners are taboo.

Why you should clean your ceramic grinder
Thanks to the non-stick ceramic coating, hardly any material sticks to your NORTHGRIND® ceramic grinder. Cleaning improves the non-stick properties of the special coating and ensures easy grinding.
What you need
- The brush (included with the ceramic grinders)
- A NORTHGRIND® microfibre cloth and a towel
- Isopropanol
- Clear water

- Brushing: Lightly clean the grinder with the brush after every use.
- Clean with isopropanol: Clean the ceramic grinder with a microfibre cloth lightly moistened with isopropanol, see notes on isopropanol.
- Rinse: Rinse the ceramic grinder under water.
- Dry: Wipe dry with a towel or microfibre cloth.
- Reassemble: Reassemble the completely dry ceramic grinder.

Safety: Do not use isopropanol near open flames. Let the grinder dry completely before next use.
