AGB – NORTHGRIND®

General Terms and Conditions
(T&C) of NORTHGRIND®

1. Scope

These T&C apply to all orders placed via the online shops of the brand NORTHGRIND®.

2. Contracting party

3. Right of withdrawal & exclusions

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Important note on the exclusion:
Withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 3 BGB (German Civil Code) for goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. This applies in particular to used or unsealed grinders and inhalers.

4. Voluntary NORTHGRIND® warranty

In addition to the statutory warranty, NORTHGRIND® grants a voluntary 365-day warranty against material and production defects.

  • Sole decision-making authority: Whether a warranty case exists is decided exclusively by NORTHGRIND® after thorough examination. A warranty claim exists only after our express approval.
  • Remedy: Warranty cases are fulfilled at our discretion by replacement delivery (new product) or refund of the current value.
  • Exclusions: Expressly excluded from the warranty are normal wear and tear, corrosion, colour deviations and user-caused damage (e.g. dents or scratches). Minimal production-related paint recesses in the interior that do not affect function are also not grounds for complaint.

5. Prices & § 19 UStG (German VAT Act)

All prices are final prices. Pursuant to § 19 UStG, no value-added tax is charged (small business status).

6. Retention of title & dispute resolution

The goods remain our property until paid in full. Information on online dispute resolution can be found at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
