Withdrawal policy of
NORTHGRIND^®

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or
• in the case of a single order of several goods that are delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees because of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods – whichever is earlier.

3. Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods

• that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery (e.g. opened grinders);
• that are made to individual specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

6. Note on returns

Please note that only unopened, sealed products in original packaging can be returned. Products that have already been used or unsealed are excluded from return for hygiene reasons.
