Terms of participation (Convenience translation: only the German version is legally binding. Should any provision be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected – severability clause.) NORTHGRIND® Giveaway

General
The following terms govern participation in giveaways of the brand NORTHGRIND® on the social media platform Instagram. By participating, the user expressly accepts these terms.
§ 1 Organiser
The organiser of the giveaway is exclusively NORTHGRIND®, represented by the owner Benjamin Borchardt. The brand HighTäsch® is neither organiser nor contributor to this giveaway.
§ 2 Eligibility
Eligible are natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and have their permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany. Owners and employees of NORTHGRIND® and their relatives are excluded.
§ 3 Procedure
Participation takes place through the interactions specified in the respective Instagram post (e.g. following, liking, commenting). The promotion period results from the respective post.
§ 4 Determination of winners
The winners are determined by random selection excluding the public. A cash payout, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.
§ 5 Notification
Winners are contacted via Instagram direct message. If no reply with the data required for delivery is received within 48 hours, the claim to the prize expires without replacement.
§ 6 Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or organised by Instagram in any way. Likewise there is no connection to the brand HighTäsch®. The participant releases Instagram from any claims.
§ 7 Data protection
The personal data collected is used exclusively to process the giveaway pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and is deleted after completion, unless statutory retention periods apply.
§ 8 Early termination
The organiser reserves the right to end the giveaway early without prior notice and without giving reasons for technical or legal reasons.
§ 9 Miscellaneous
Recourse to the courts is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
