Consequences of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within <strong>fourteen days<\/strong> from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n<p>For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees because of this repayment.<\/p>\n\n<p>We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods \u2013 whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n\n<h2>3. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does <strong>not<\/strong> exist for contracts for the delivery of goods<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery (e.g. opened grinders);<\/li>\n<li>that are made to individual specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>5.
