Right of withdrawal & exclusions<\/h2>\n <p>\n Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.\n <\/p>\n <div class=\"ng-important-box\">\n <strong>Important note on the exclusion:<\/strong><br>\n Withdrawal is excluded pursuant to \u00a7 312g (2) no. 3 BGB (German Civil Code) for goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. This applies in particular to used or unsealed grinders and inhalers.\n <\/div>\n\n <h2>4. Voluntary NORTHGRIND\u00ae warranty<\/h2>\n <p>\n In addition to the statutory warranty, <strong>NORTHGRIND<sup class=\"reg-mark\">\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> grants a voluntary 365-day warranty against material and production defects.\n <\/p>\n <ul>\n <li><strong>Sole decision-making authority:<\/strong> Whether a warranty case exists is decided exclusively by <strong>NORTHGRIND<sup class=\"reg-mark\">\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> after thorough examination. A warranty claim exists only after our express approval.<\/li>\n <li><strong>Remedy:<\/strong> Warranty cases are fulfilled at our discretion by replacement delivery (new product) or refund of the current value.<\/li>\n <li><strong>Exclusions:<\/strong> Expressly excluded from the warranty are normal wear and tear, corrosion, colour deviations and user-caused damage (e.g. dents or scratches). Minimal production-related paint recesses in the interior that do not affect function are also not grounds for complaint.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h2>5. Prices & \u00a7 19 UStG (German VAT Act)<\/h2>\n <p>\n All prices are final prices. Pursuant to \u00a7 19 UStG, no value-added tax is charged (small business status).\n <\/p>\n\n <h2>6. Retention of title & dispute resolution<\/h2>\n <p>\n The goods remain our property until paid in full.
